Manager of Operations and Technology

Abby Evans joined Benefects in 2017 as a Benefits Consultant and now serves as the Operations and Technology Manager. With her SHRM-CP certification and background in human resources she provides expertise in benefit and HR technologies. She currently supports the Benefects team in operation functions including business operations, Employee Navigator, and compliance.

Day-in, day out, she is dedicated to continually improving processes and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

In her free time, Abby enjoys traveling with her husband all over the globe, with a highlight being snorkeling Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. She also adopts rescue dogs, especially those that are older or have medical conditions.
